in the middle of autumn that’s rather impractical
This is a revised version of my lamb Kofta recipe.
In the summer I like to cook them on my camping gas stove in the garden.
but in the middle of autumn that’s rather impractical , so they go in the oven..
I put a small amount of peppers, red onion, chilli, garlic, lime juice, moroccan seasoning (courtesy of schwazt), some coriander and sumac
into my blender and blitzed it into a paste.
Then I mixed it with some lamb mince and formed it into oblongs
stuck a skewer in it and put them in the oven.
and served them with pitta bread and wedges of lime.
