I bought his book the other day and am going to work my way through it..
Sometimes if we go out for lunch and it’s a late lunch, usually because we have been to the hospital, neither of us really fancy a proper hot dinner, as I knew this week we’d be doing just that, I bought some bits and pieces so that we would have something nice to eat later.
This is really one of my most favourite things, salami, chorizo, olives and cheeses..
The lovely thing about buying all of these delicious cheeses and meats, is that for the next couple of days we get to have a mini version for lunch..
Although if I’m truthful I could have quite happily had an entire round of warm, runny Camembert with bread..
Consequently I was inspired to make my own baguettes, I used Paul Hollywoods recipe, I bought his book the other day and am going to work my way through it..
They turned out far better than I thought they would for a first ever attempt, I can’t believ that six months ago I had no interest in baking whatsoever….
I had some with Camembert for breakfast.
