I wouldn’t buy super mild anything usually, having seen what you get for your money, I wouldn’t buy it again,

I watched this programme last week, Trust me I’m a doctor about using reheated pasta because it’s less fattening, I don’t really need to watch my weight, but I was interested to see if the reheated pasta was just as good as if I’d cooked it that night.

This veal meatball spaghetti confirms that it was, so there you go, cook your pasta the night before and it’ll be better for you

“According to scientist Dr Denise Robertson, from the University of Surrey, if you cook and cool pasta down then your body will treat it much more like fibre, creating a smaller glucose peak and helping feed the good bacteria that reside down in your gut. You will also absorb fewer calories, making this a win-win situation.”

I bought this old el paso ‘stand and stuff’ kit simply because I had a money off coupon, this was the only one left, I wouldn’t buy super mild anything usually, having seen what you get for your money, I wouldn’t buy it again, at full price its quite expensive when you consider you are just paying for some bowl shaped tortillas.

and some guacamole, they were very nice, but probably cheaper and easily done by shaping a flour tortilla into a bowl.
